The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF") that invests primarily in equity securities listed on a U.S. exchange based on the results of a proprietary, quantitative research system "Fundametrics®" developed by CornerCap Investment Counsel, Inc. (the "Adviser"). Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of large-capitalization companies.
