The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Russell US Large Cap Factors Value Style Index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks with favorable exposure to target style factors subject to constraints. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the Russell US Large Cap Factors Value Style Index. The underlying index is designed to select equity securities from the Russell 1000® Value Index, which in turn is a subset of the Russell 1000 Index. It generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
